Emily Roberts

I am a young woman who enjoys customer service and thrives in an environment where my hard work pays off. I enjoy working hard and within a team, but also enjoying solo projects. I will always make an effort to assure relationships with colleges, bosses, suppliers, customers are always to satisfaction as this really does make all aspects of any job run smoother. I am ready for another challenge and willing to take on new responsibility and learn or improve my skill set!

I have worked all through school, and since working full time have had a chance to work at a couple of companies and learn a plethora of new skills. Working as a project manager has taught me about managing staff, working within and managing a team, quick problem solving and all aspects of customer service. My current job as a bathroom designer has been a massive learning curve for me. I have learnt about budgeting and invoicing and quoting for developers and retail customers, expanding our business through multiple avenues and working hard to assure my sales are competitive with the rest of our company. 

I completed my GCSE’s in 2018 with 2A*’s, 2A’s, 5B’s and one C. I then continued my education into sixth form and finished in 2020 with 3 AB’s.
