My name is Emma, I am a single mum of 2 boys, aged 9 and 7. I work full time as a Credit Control Supervisor for OCS in Ipswich. I’m very outgoing and I love a new challenge. I work well on my own and as part of a team. I am use to managing a team of credit controllers/seniors and love supporting and offering assistance to my team. In my spare time I like to meet up with friends, go for dinner, to the cinema, bowling. I’m very sociable and easy to get along with.

I have experience in being in charge of and managing a team of credit controllers.
I have excellent people skills, along with customer service experience and I am a very fast learner.
