Emma Waring

Currently working in the NHS as a clerical officer in Sexual Health with 2 years experience. Working in such a fast paced job has given me the ability to be able to multi task and prioritise my workload whilst under large amounts of pressure. Everyday is different, being able to speak to many different people with various personalities means I excel in communication skills, whether it be over the phone, face to face or emails. I like to ensure every patient has a good experience, and to leave feeling like they have been treated with respect and friendliness 

I have worked various jobs whilst studying, all within customer service. This has allowed me to gain experience in communication skills and be more confident when speaking to different people. 

I studied at Leeds Beckett University in Criminology for 1 year. I passed the first year, obtaining a certificate in higher education.
