I have more than 10 years of experience as a customer service, administrative and programme development expert. I have worked both in the development and private sector, engaging with diverse clients and teams as a social community worker, office manager and administrator. I am enthusiastic about the opportunity to bring my extensive knowledge, skills, and experience to your dynamic team.

Throughout my career, I have dedicated myself to community support and development, organizational planning and development. I coordinate programs, plan logistics, handle email correspondence with different partners and staff members. I schedule and oversee activities using the outlook calendar, remind staff of planned meetings. I maintain inventories of orders and office supplies and manage the office project filling system both in hard and soft copy filling system.

My commitment to this field extends beyond my years of experience. I am a customer service enthusiast. My background in customer service equips me with the ability to cater to the unique needs of diverse clients and ensure their utmost satisfaction. My project management skills, cultivated over time, have allowed me to effectively lead and execute initiatives that drive positive change.
