I have been working in customer service industry for over 10 years. This has taught me that there are several different ways to approach, handle and help people. I can confidently say that I am able to handle stressful situations and keep deadlines with confidence. Under constant pressure, I developed outstanding problem solving and time management skills as well as precision and attention to detail. I have learnt to focus on several challenging tasks simultaneously. I am a people’s person who doesn’t not hesitate when it come to the extra mile or giving a hand to others. The centre of my universe has always been human relations, being there for those who are in need. With my proactive attitude and hard work I am willing to spend my future years with extending my knowledge in the area of therapy which has been a part of my past 4 years while studying. My ultimate goal is to work individually or as part of a friendly team helping children, adults, communities or target-specific problem groups with their mental health. I would like to provide comfort, a safe space and a friendly face for those whose trust I will be lucky enough to gain during my journey. I would like to make the impossible possible and guide them through their pain, loneliness, confusion, anger, doubt, fear.

I am empathetic, ambitious, energetic and a great communicator in my professional life as well. I am a person who without a doubt makes an effort for the best possible outcome and stays infinitely calm in the meantime. I am poised but always alert and ready to fight all the difficulties, solve critical situations and help anyone in need. I am reliable and organised, open-minded a great listener. To me, being adaptive means learning from one another on the way and creating a great balance. It is key to motivate and to be motivated by co- workers. I am willing to be the greatest support of anyone who ever needs my help.
