I am fanatical about cricket and try to play as often as possible.

I have varied management experience, in my role as Team Leader at Rose and Willard, I was responsible for overseeing all aspects of the store relating to daily operations, from sales and customer service to inventory and staff rota management whilst also dealing with all incoming enquiries. 

In my role as an office manager I oversaw all daily operations and ensured client data management was compliant with GDPR regulations.

I gained report writing experience in my position as accounts assistant where I also gained extensive budgeting, financial forecasting and, cash handling experience.

I have vast experience of working within live musical performance, having worked in numerous, prestigious nightclubs, music studios and concert venues as a Sound Engineer. This allowed me to develop my business management, leadership and customer service skills. I required the ability to work under my own initiative, accept criticism, be patient and calm in stressful situations and work effectively under pressure. I was also required to work with people from various backgrounds and I believe it is something which has made me and effective communicator and extremely adaptable.

I consider myself to be highly computer literate and am proficient using all Microsoft Office applications but am always looking for ways to increase my knowledge and skillset. 

I have always looked for opportunities to increase efficiency in my workplace and I pride myself on my ability to lead and motivate a team.
