Experience

I started off in the sales industry where I began my career in retail. I then moved on to customer service as I enjoy helping others and I am keen on ensuring everyone receives an excellent customer journey. This allowed me to work on my communication skills and now I am looking for a career where I can progress further. 

Education

Bachelor of Science in Psychology. 

I graduated with a 2:1 in my degree. My degree consisted of coursework and exams which meant I was able to work on my organisation skills, team work, and also time management. My degree allowed me to understand human behaviour better and why we act the way we do.
