Global Health and Management Analyst

As a qualified Physician Associate with experience in both the Emergency Department (ED) in Ghana and the UK, I have developed a strong expertise in patient assessment, clinical procedures, and working in high-pressure environments. In Ghana, I worked in a resource-limited, rural setting where I was responsible for assessing and managing a broad range of emergency cases, often with limited resources. This experience refined my ability to make rapid clinical decisions, adapt to challenging situations, and deliver high-quality care in emergency settings despite constraints.

In the UK, my experience has further strengthened my ED skills, particularly in managing acute conditions within the NHS framework. I have gained valuable exposure to the fast-paced dynamics of the ED, enhancing my ability to work efficiently under pressure while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. My ability to perform clinical procedures, conduct thorough patient assessments, and manage undifferentiated patients in high-stress situations has been a key part of my training and practice.

Additionally, my academic background in Global Health and Management has equipped me with expertise in SPSS, trend analysis, and the application of statistics and epidemiology in healthcare settings. I am proficient in analyzing healthcare data to identify trends, evaluate interventions, and inform evidence-based practices, contributing to improved healthcare delivery.
