I'm very sociable and friendly and love meeting new people. I enjoy learning new skills and can work well under pressure,  so I would especially like to gain some experience in hospitality. I'm confident and find it easy to get along with anyone so would love to be part of a great team. 

Lyall & Scott customer care operative (Galashiels Christmas temp 2022)

When I was at home for the Christmas holidays, I worked full time as a customer care operative. During my time here I provided eCommerce customer service as the first point of contact for Lyle & Scott’s customers. I greatly improved my problem-solving skills as well as my ability to quickly connect and empathise with people.

Tesco customer services assistant (Aberdeen Christmas temp 2022) 

From October 2022 to February 2022, I was a Christmas temp working behind the customer service desk at Tesco. I worked in a team with new people which helped me boost my confidence and develop more skills as I had never worked a job like this before. During my shift I would deal with returns, handle customer questions and was also given the responsibility to sell age restricted items. 

Next Galashiels customer assistant 2019-2022

During my time working at Next in Galashiels I maintained a clean, organized inventory and changed displays of rotating seasonal clothing and accessories. I anticipated customers’ needs and provided them with the highest quality of service to ensure customer satisfaction. 

Edinburgh Zoo Summer 2022

Over summer I volunteered at Edinburgh Zoo once a week to help run summer schools for children of different ages. I was also a public engagement volunteer and would help the public around the zoo as well as answer any questions they had. This helped improve my public speaking skills and provided me with more work experience in a busy environment. 

I'm currently in my 4th year at the University of Aberdeen studying Zoology.
