As a psychology graduate, my journey has taken an intriguing turn. I intend to transitioned from the world of mortgage and insurance broking over to the realm of psychology. My expertise in financial services is more than a footnote; it is a powerful asset. I have mastered the art of putting clients at the heart of every decision, connecting deeply with their needs and concerns. Handling sensitive financial matters has honed my emotional intelligence, allowing me to navigate tough conversations with sensitivity and professionalism. I fearlessly ask difficult questions and advocate for clients during complex underwriting processes. Resilience is my backbone—I have weathered industry storms and maintained unwavering commitment to ethical standards. Accuracy matters, whether analysing data or assessing financial feasibility. I have cultivated networks beyond clients, collaborating seamlessly with compliance services, managers and colleagues. Timeliness is my signature and continuous learning keeps me aligned with industry advancements. Currently pursuing the Level 3 Award in Education and Training, I’m passionate about sharing knowledge and contributing to the growth of others.
