I am a skilled and conscientious pastry and confectionery cook who trained in Hungary. There, I gained experience of different styles of working with pastry, baking and confectionery production. Skills include French pastry chef, creative cake baking and sugar free confectionery - suitable for diabetics. Preparing like a chef assistant, making food such as English breakfast, afternoon tea and making menus a la Scottish (soup and tatties and the roasted diner with lots of lovely vegetables). Precise and methodical. A person whose skills, calmness of manner and eagerness to support others ensure achievement of the task embarked upon to a high standard.
