I have experience working in HR and as a cake artist. At Lavya Associates HR Services from November 2022 to August 2023, I specialized in sourcing and screening resumes from top job portals to meet client requirements. I conducted telephonic interviews with shortlisted candidates, providing detailed job profiles and obtaining their consent for further interview rounds. I facilitated communication between candidates and client companies, sharing profiles through emails and verbal updates, and maintained daily reporting and submitted MIS reports to senior management. As a self-employed cake artist from April 2021 to August 2023, I consulted with clients on custom cake designs, achieving high customer satisfaction and fostering repeat business.
