About Gemma Smith:
I am seeking a shift in my career path. I am currently working in the Education Sector, with a background and expertise in Learning and Development and Consultancy. In my previous roles I have devised and implemented CPD programmes for both experienced and training members of staff. These programmes have been delivered both face to face and virtually. Therefore, I have experience in Learning Management Systems, and am highly proficient at producing e-Learning materials on a selection of platforms. Alongside this, I have experience in leadership and project management, holding a National Professional Qualification in Senior Leadership and additional certificates in project management and workplace coaching.

Undertaking complex data analysis using SISRA Analytics to design and implement intervention programmes spanning 1200 people. With 95% uptake and 36 month increase in outcomes. Lead and line manage operational teams of 15 staff, including appraisals and performance management.

Supporting early-career teachers by providing guidance, observing lessons, offering constructive feedback, and helping with planning and classroom management. Assess progress, assist with professional development, and ensure leaners meet required standards. |
