Previously worked as a People and Rewards Intern at Nationwide Building Society where I supported the implementation and management of performance ratings, ensuring timely completion of reviews and adherence to company guidelines. I also managed administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, review and maintaining documents, updating the database whilst ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in handling sensitive employee information. Furthermore, the time spent at Nationwide also consisted of working closely with HR colleagues, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality HR services. Finally, I actively participated in stakeholder and team meetings to contribute ideas and suggestions for process improvements. 

Recent graduated with a degree in Management from the University of Kent providing me with a comprehensive understanding of key business principle, focusing on areas such as organisational behaviour, strategic management, marketing, finance, and human resources.
