i am motivated and high skilled physiotherapy working in different physio setting in GP practices, orthopaedic physiotherapy, work in Aspetar Sports Medicine Hospital, Doha, Qatar. biopsychosocial model given me better insight to understand the patients conditions, Active daily living, setting patient goal as well as delivering excellent service to all my patients. my passion to be the best physio has always been my goal since i was young and playing football for Sheffield united academy with the experience of myself suffering different type of injuries and working with physio during my rehabilitations has inspired me to become physiotherapist. i am also working with complex patient conditions as well as giving patient educations and making right referrals for the patients that need further more support.

NHS: Organization: Sheffield Northern general hospital January 2022
Positions: in patient orthopaedic trauma ward
Details: every morning handover meeting with the MDT team regarding new/exiting patient review in the ward. My role was to Prioritise patient who are ready for discharge, day 1 post op surgery. Assessing patients, intervention include the use of effective equipment like sara steady, Zimmer frame, rotunda transfer, crutches, and stairs assessment, depending on patients’ needs of the rehab. Communications with MDT, doctors, family member updated, making referral to outpatient physio follow/ community physio to improve patients’ needs and to help patient return to baseline function.

Position: Msk outpatient
Details: Reading GP referral sheets before the patients arrive helps to manage their time. Subjective assessment requires effective communication (including the translation line) regarding patient condition, red flags, activities of daily living and biopsychosocial aspects of life. Assessment consists of diagnosing patients’ situations through active/passive range of motion, special test/functions. Adapting exercises prescription towards the patient values, goals and ADLs and signposting patient to group exercise classes that would motivate them to enhance their recovery.

Detail: My role is to assess the patient in an MSK setting that involves effective communication (patient education), treatment and intervention within the framework of patient centred approach and biopsychosocial model.
