I am fluent in three languages (English, Punjabi, and Hindi) and also in Urdu conversational.I am always ready to learn something new daily because it allows me to gain new experiences to think deeply and properly to make good decisions accordingly.
Experience
- I am working in the No.1 Skip Limited company as a Supervisor. I Train new hires, create provide feedback, and report and manage team schedules, helping to resolve employee issues, provide feedback, and report feedback and reporting to senior management. I started my work in Feb 2021 as a full-time worker but I changed it to part-time in Jan 2023 to continue to my higher education.
- I worked as a customer service assistant in my previous job. I was working there as a team member and performed cashier duties and shelving. I worked there for 1 year and 4 months. (Oct 2019- Jan 2021).
- I am working as a Street watch volunteer with West Midlands Police. Give active support to the community by providing reassurance and a visible presence to reduce crime and anti-social behaviour. Report if I see anything suspicious, raise crime prevention awareness, build more local inclusive networks, improve community environment and wellbeing, and also talk to people to make sure they feel safe in their areas.
- I am also working as Teacher Assistant (volunteer). I teach students to speak, comprehend and write in a foreign language and also provide instruction in the culture and sometimes the literature of countries where the language is spoken. To help students understand the material provided, improve their skills in the language being taught, overcome any problems they encounter in skill acquisition, and provide formative feedback to students in class.
