I have recently completed my bachelor degree in Food Science and Nutrition at University of Leeds, graduating in 1st class honours. In my final year project, my team and I successfully developed a bagel made with waste from oat milk production. This confirmed my desire to look for a permanent role in the food industry. 

I have always been passionate about cooking and baking. And therefore, I was able to take a lead role in recipe formulation and quality control in the NPD project. Aside from this, I am a table tennis player and I represented the university as the main team player to compete in national tournaments.

Throughout my studies, I worked as a kitchen assistant which allowed me to fully understand all safety and sanitary policies when handling food in the kitchen. I also started working as a shop assistant in a bakery when I was in my third year at university. Not only do I prepared drinks for customers, I also created several special drinks and desserts to increase sales and delivered presentation on recipe formulation and preparation work to clients who are starting their own bubble tea business.

I am a recent Food Science graduate from University of Leeds with 1st class honours. I studied relevant modules including Food Product Development, Food Quality Assurance, Food Processing: From Farm to Shop, Biotechnology, Food Safety, Nutrition, etc.
