I currently work as a supervisor for PVH corp. I manage a sales team and independently running the shop floor. My daily role entails actively pursuing store sales in line with target KPIS. To motivate my team, I engage them in conversations regarding daily conversion, target sales and Average transition values. I am Responsible for opening and closing of the business. I Handle business money and paperwork, Cashing up the business on an evening. I Providing a positive workspace, it’s vital that my team feel happy and safe in work. I have strong communication skills within the business, reporting to store management and area management when required.

Prior to this I worked in technical support for Samsung Electronics. This position entailed day to day handling of world-leading technical equipment and operating systems. I remotely managed client’s devices to quickly resolve technical issues. I have an extensive knowledge of the latest technical advances, which is ever changing. This so that I can assist clients and quickly solve technical queries. This position also allowed me to further my skills in carefully listening to and understanding clients. I know how to approach frustrated clients with caution, and I know how to carefully diffuse conflict. This enables me to assist the customer to my greatest ability. I develop trust with my client with my friendly nature and empathy for their issues. I have received no lower than 100% customer satisfaction surveys sent to my management.

My Under-graduate and Postgraduate Degrees’ have allowed me to establish an extensive knowledge of people, culture, relationships, journalism, analyzing literature and a deep understanding of environmental and social issues. Throwing myself into these environments has strengthened my ability to work independently in mentally strenuous environments. It has also strengthened my ability to work alongside others with excellent communication and understanding of others. I truly appreciate cooperation with my peers and have developed a deep sense of empathy for others. The final products of my two degrees are my two dissertations. These bodies of work discuss the intricate issues of ethical environmental practices, something I am greatly passionate for.
