I have over a decade of experience in a public facing role in a supermarket bakery.

There I developed my skills in problem solving and empathy handling customer queries and complaints, always striving to achieve customer requests.

I produced a diverse range of bread and confectionary products to a high quality, with tight and variable deadlines. 

I have a first class honours degree in nutritional therapy from university of west London and a level 3 extended diploma in animal management from Sparsholt college Winchester.
