Currently, I serve as a Front of House Leader at Pret a Manger in Blackfriars, Central London, where I manage store operations, lead daily staff briefings, train new team members, and ensure each guest receives an exceptional experience. Prior to this, I worked as a Unit Manager at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, where I led large teams during match days, resolved guest concerns calmly and professionally, and supported the onboarding of seasonal staff.

I am just completed Hospitality management Level 3 Apprenticeship with Pret A Manger.
