Prior to this, I worked as a Unit Manager at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, where I led large teams during match days, resolved guest concerns calmly and professionally, and supported the onboarding of seasonal staff.

I am just completed Hospitality management Level 3 Apprenticeship with Pret A Manger.
