One of my key objectives is to have a direct impact on business deliverables by influencing business processes and user experience during the project life cycle.
Driving the process from conception to delivery to enable the business to perform at their best is why I love what I do. Seeing the delight on customers faces when they get a first look at something which I had a major influence in creating and building, with a group of people who took a journey to deliver something great together. 
I have experience in both B2B and B2C environments and I believe that user experience is key to a great performing product. 

In my current role as an IT Business Analyst with TM Group (UK) Ltd, I hold a pivotal position responsible for organising the seamless and timely delivery of software products, with a particular focus on property technology platforms.

• Motivational leadership: Leading by example, delivering performance excellence of a small team, ensuring seamless end to end delivery of a business-critical software project which facilitated seamless workflow and increased efficiency.
• End to end project lifecycles: Promoted and delivered data-oriented project content by supporting project teams with analytical insights from concept stage, UAT, execution to handover/closure. 
• Business support portfolios: As SME, implementing documentation to support software engineers with integration solutions, designing operational guides comprised of business/systems architecture diagrams, epics, and key tasks.
• Data extraction: Performed SQL queries to support data extraction, integrating insights into customer reports. 
• Stakeholder engagement: Crafted a communication management plan to strengthen stakeholder networks, establishing transparent communications and leading workshops with technical/business stakeholders.
• Cross functional networks: Nurturing/inspiring cross functional team relationships by aligning product delivery and project execution to agile scrum best practice. 
• Mapping: Demonstrating thorough knowledge of mapping techniques to deliver business analytics i.e. process maps, story maps, user stories and acceptance criteria.

• Application integration: Successfully integrated a third-party application into the company system, working closely with third party stakeholders to meet expectations, share key objectives and optimise functionality. 
• Team dynamics: Refining document business requirements, adopting behavioural driven development and gherkin syntax, standardising operational practices across the Business Analysis team.

My role requires detailed planning, combining strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and a profound understanding of stakeholder needs. I am driven by the commitment to deliver exceptional software products that not only meet expectations but exceed them.
