HI my name is Husnain Ahmad I am a 19 year old who has just finished his A levels but doesn’t see him self applying for university or going to in further education I see my self in work, where I can learn new things, meet new people and also learn more skills for the future. Skills I think I have a good top-notch at which is communication skills, whether face-to-face or over the phone, i Have the  ability to connect with customers, address their needs promptly, and ensure their satisfaction through clear and friendly communication is a real asset. Sharing specific instances where I have  excelled in customer interactions will truly showcase my expertise in customer service and make my job easy for me. i have experience as I used to work in like a MOT centre where I used to book customers in for there MOT service and speak to them over the phone and also face to face so I have good communication skills
