I have gained valuable experience working for the NHS as a mental health worker, taking responsibility for ensuring the safety and security of the people at the workplace. 

I use my excellent observation and listening skills to communicate effectively with people, show awareness of my working environment and carry out risk checks in accordance with the outlined security procedures, and respond accordingly.

I have excellent written and verbal skills to complete incident reports and required documentation for all security incidents, I record daily progress notes of the people I work with ensuring the information is accurately updated on our computer system.

Ensure all employees and visitors have proper credentials for accessing buildings (ID badges and passes)

Respond to emergencies and incidents within designated areas promptly and according to policy assist employees and visitors with any concerns respond appropriately to escalate emergency situations as needed and monitor alarms and security cameras.

I am seeking a new challenge working in security law enforcement.


I have more than 20 years of experience working as a mental health practitioner with people of all ages with complex needs in an inpatient, community, and secure forensic settings. I have achieved positive outcomes in improving their health and well-being, managing risks safety, and security in the hospital and community.


I completed my certificate in Health and social care level 4 at Wrexham University in 2019.
