● Assisted Nurses on duty to ensure all materials needed for ward rounds were readily available and handy.
● Working with vulnerable people aged 16-65.
● Helping people to improve their well-being and tackle issues, which prevent them
from living happy and healthy lives.
● Carrying out an assessment, provision and review of tenancy-related support package
● Providing specialist service for people who are homeless with mental health
problems, drugs and alcohol misuse, homeless, etc.
● Ensuring delivery of a quality support service by promoting independence and
self-reliance given advice and support on housing tenancy matters, and liaising, advocating and arranging meetings with external agencies e.g. private housing associations/landlords, medical professionals and all other bodies appropriate to resident support and welfare.
● Maintaining and monitoring standards as set by organisation, governments and other relevant bodies. Health and Safety are maintained, accurate records kept and review done regularly within the project and its environment.
