I am a dedicated and adaptable professional with a strong background in customer service, sales, and administrative support. With experience in industries ranging from car rentals to fundraising and taxi services, I have developed excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Currently pursuing a BA in Criminology and Law at Cardiff University (graduating July 2024), I am eager to apply my skills in a dynamic role that offers opportunities for growth.

I have a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service, meeting sales targets, and ensuring seamless operational processes. My volunteer work with South Wales Police demonstrates my commitment to community engagement and teamwork. I have a strong background in customer service, sales, and administrative roles, with experience across multiple industries, including car rentals, fundraising, and transportation. As a Rental Agent at Thrifty Van and Car Rental, I have honed my ability to assist customers, manage rental agreements, conduct vehicle inspections, and promote additional services to meet sales targets.

Previously, at River West Fundraising, I was responsible for researching sponsors, writing proposals, organizing fundraising campaigns, and leading a team to secure donations. My role as a Call Executive at Dragon Taxi involved handling bookings, processing payments, and addressing customer concerns efficiently.

Additionally, I volunteer with South Wales Police, participating in community patrols and public engagement activities. My diverse experience showcases my ability to work in fast-paced environments, engage with customers effectively, and contribute to team success

 hold a BA in Criminology and Law from Cardiff University, graduating in July 2024. Prior to this, I completed a Level 3 Business and Marketing Diploma, a Level 3 National Extended Certificate in Business, and the Welsh Baccalaureate Extended Certificate at Cardiff and Vale College.

My academic foundation was built at St Teilo’s Church in Wales High School, where I achieved A-levels and GCSEs, equipping me with strong analytical, research, and communication skills essential for both academic and professional success.
