I am a qualified and compassionate Support Worker, that is fully trained and motivated to positively impact lives in giving adequate support and personal care. Monitors and record vital signs, taking daily notes and observations with professional guidelines. In my previous roles, I have always shown ability to work together, I supported and still supporting a wider team in the pursuit of their goals and objectives. I showed empathy and compassion to the service user and the family members when necessary in line with the policy and procedure. 
I treated and still treating everyone equally with their individual needs and circumstances,  irrespective of their background, gender, culture and beliefs.

I understand the importance of collaborative working in NHS. I can follow the rules and procedures diligently.  In my present role, I am providing great patient service and I fully understand the need to maintain confidentiality and abide strictly to the GDPR regulations. I always show empathy, because I understand that patients pass through a lot and they need a great support, assurance and compassion to overcome their difficulties.

Experience

I have over ten (10) 

I have been working  in a health and social care setting since November 2022.
I possess equivalent of Functional Skills level 1 English and Mathematics, I look forward to taking NVQ III in 2024. I have a basic computer/IT skills in the use of (Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook and Access) among others. 
I have undergone specific training and competencies in dementia, mental health, CPI. I am always willing and open to further learning and personal development, as I am looking forward to becoming a Mental Health Nurse in the nearest future. 
I have experience in working with residents/service users with dementia, mental health, autism, epilepsy among others and I am also facilitating activities for them on one to one basis and in groups. I am currently working with iBC Healthcare Solutions where I am supporting people with challenging behaviour/mentamental health issues and applying a person centred approach to meet their daily needs.
