I feel I have always been committed to work in a healthcare setting since my first role as a healthcare assistant in a nursing home. Thoughout my education I continued to work part time in this role and eventually progressed to a dermatology HCA working in GP clinics. It was in this role working along side doctors running clinics, minor surgery as well as my own tele dermatology clinic I was motivated to apply for my Msc in Physician associate studies where I felt I would gain more clinical knowledge and work with some autonomy.
