Experience

Irena is an assertive, highly motivated, and commercially aware multilingual E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, and Global PR expert, as well as a visual and copywriting/-editing Content Production Manager. A communications expert with excellent strategic, analytical, managerial and project handling skills. Contributing experience from a variety of fields, ensuring projects, deliverables and marketing collaterals are consistently kept to the highest standards and delivery timeline. In the last ten years, she has worked across highly dynamic international agencies and projects, as well as handling event and film marketing in EMEA and the US for blue-chip companies.

She manages all aspects of project delivery: from planning to creating innovation workshops- using market research and analytics tools in the process- over to implementing go-to-market plans for her clients from customer journey to digital presence to SEO-optimisation. Her experiences include a dynamic cross-section from working on financial, pharmaceutical, medical, government, retail and manufacturing projects to events- and film production management. 

Previously an integral part of the Xpert and BlueJam Media team families, where Irena has managed all eCommerce and digital production elements for clients in the EMEA as well as distributing global PR/Marketing mainly for the US region, she has now delightfully accepted the role of E-Commerce Manager for Diageo via the Oliver Agency in London, UK. This new role will enable her to further SEO presence and visual/written content display for her clients and help stay on track for all seasonal deliverables. Her deep understanding of client relationship and project management ensures no stone is left unturned - keeping her clients consistently confident in on-time delivery.
