In my last role, I successfully managed all aspects of IT procurement, overseeing equipment and licensing purchases while implementing a custom Purchase Order Tracker. I efficiently tracked and resolved repair processes using Jira and contributed to a critical New Warehouse Management System (WMS) Project, identifying improvement areas and managing cost requirements. My role involved streamlining onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring equipment and accounts were delivered on time. Additionally, I assisted in annual budget scoping and played a pivotal role in leading IT aspects of New Store Projects, defining requirements, budgets, and coordinating with suppliers for successful implementations across various locations.

I successfully completed an Advanced Apprenticeship Level 3 in IT, demonstrating a deep understanding of IT concepts and practical skills. In addition, I have achieved six GCSEs with a mix of B and C grades, showcasing a well-rounded educational background. 

I have also scheduled to undertake Prince2 7th Edition, foundation and practitioner exams.
