I am currently going through redundancy and am looking for a new job. I am looking for something that will be a long term employment and with fresh challenges. 

In my spare time enjoy spending time with my son kayaking, greenlaning, camping and other outdoor activities. 

I am an experienced operations manager working in warehousing. Currently i work in a returns centre also operating a pick/pack operations servicing the fulfillment centre warehouse. 

I deal with the below

HR duties 

QHSE duties overseeing the operation and been the main escalation point on sote during nights and weekend shifts 

Reporting to senior management and also the customer as we are a 3PL site.

Incident packs including root cause analysis 

Monitoring KPI and maging performance and quality control

 Deliver performance reviews and feedback

Mentoring and coaching

CI including heavy involvement in project trials and roll out across multiple shifts

Succession planning  

Sense checking forecasts and planning
