About Jan Gales:
I am a highly motivated, confident individual with exceptional multi-tasking and organisational skills. I enable senior management to optimise their time whilst simultaneously leading key administrative and corporate activities. I am discrete, professional and communicate well at all levels. I am now at the stage whereby I am keen to undertake a new role making use of my existing skills whilst facing new challenges and developing new skills.
Experience
I have numerous years of experience in various sectors.
For most of my career I was based in the City of London and I have worked as a PA, Senior PA and an Office Manager. I am proficient in Microsoft Office (which includes, word, excel, powerpoint and outlook), digital dictation, minute taking, typing, diary management, booking travel and much more I also have experience arranging events for clients.
I enjoy building good working relationships both with colleagues and clients. I can provide references if required.
Education
New Bridge Street was the company I gained most of my experience. New Bridge Street was a Remuneration Consultancy who advised FTSE 100 and 250 on their Remuneration packages and LTIPS long term incentive plans). I was a PA and after a number of years I progressed to Senior PA working for the head of department and two other Partners in the company along with two consultants.
