Jashel Nelson

I currently work as a Marketing Executive and Social Media Manager. I am a hardworking and creative individual who specialises increasing brand awareness, through unique campaigns and content on all social media channels. I also work as a freelance Costume Designer and Art Director. My portfolio includes the BBC, Pandora, and North Face.

I have worked at the luxury ethical clothing brand, Sika Designs (@sikadesigns) as a social media and creative manager. I managed the social media and creative team to create eye catching content for our campaigns, Instagram and Facebook. Recently, I am the Marketing and Social Media Manager at supercar automotive finance company JBR Capital. My role includes managing our social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook). I manage and direct the filming for our video campaigns, corporate internal videos and supercar lifestyle content. My freelance work has consisted of leading the creative direction and costume for a short film made for the press release of the book “Open Water” by award winning Author Caleb Azumah Nelson. project exercised my ability to work under pressure in a creative team, to produce a beautiful campaign. 

I have a 1st class honours Bachelor's Degree in Biochemistry and I also have a Master's Degree in Neuroscience.
