I always provide a high standard of performance and I am dedicated to improving and learning new skills havingexperience in the customer service industry and in a range of nurseries means that I have had ample opportunity so far to develop my skills but I believe in this job role I will be able to develop them further. Through my current position I have enhanced my ability to be sensitive and efficient reflecting my highly approachable manner, and I feel this will assist me in any given role. I show great attention to detail and always have a professional attitude in ensuring the children are well looked after and have an enjoyable Nursery experience, aiding in setting them up for the transition to Primary School.

For the past year and a half I have been working in a nursery which has helped me become a confident individual and has proved I can work well in small and large groups of staff as well as young children from the ages 0-4. From being assessed by managers I can work well under pressure and have proved to be a hard working candidate. I now wish to build upon these skills further and I am enthusiastic to learn new things and use them to the best of my ability. From giving regular feedback daily to parents and other staff members I have developed exceptional communication skills and always try to complete any task given to me whilst being trusted to work independently or in a small team. I am self-motivated, hardworking and determined to progress within a growing company that will offer career development and progression.

During school, I gained an extensive set of useful qualities such as building on initiative and prioritising workload through completing GCSE exams. Transitioning to a different school in an important year also allowed me to succumb to adapting to a new environment and new teachers whilst studying for GCSE’s. I developed excellent communication skills through meeting new people and making friends quickly whilst also building on my confidence. I feel assured that I have already put these skills to use throughout my college life and also working life.
