Jessica Dyke

I am a caring and conscientious person whose organised approach promotes efficient and considerate working styles as part of a team and equally while leading. My passion surrounding SEND provision and supporting those contributing to every child’s care and learning is reflected in my enthusiastic and driven approach to my work. I am consistently willing and confident in using my initiative to undertake new tasks, adapt to new methods of working, and quickly adopt relevant skills within a professional role. My leadership capabilities have proven me reliable and trustworthy when supporting team members and the newest colleagues in learning theoretical and hands-on skills in day-to-day practice.

I have diverse experience working with children and adults with learning differences and disabilities from 0-22 years old. I've experienced many varied team member and leadership roles accross mainstream and SEND/SLCN/PMLD/SEMH schools and resources bases, childminders, nurseries, playschemes and Forest Schools.
