• Preparing Running Account Bill and submitting to Client at the first week of every month.

• Making the measurement sheets and Bar bending schedule(Rebar) for making the Running account Bill

• Checking and verifying the measurements with client Engineer.

• Studying the BOQ in detail before recording any activity. 

• Preparing AutoCAD Drawings for easy execution of work.

• Preparing Rate Analysis of various items & estimating.

• Responsible to rise RFI’s for complete details on as both Architectural & Structural drawings. 

• Updating corrected measurements which have done by client Engineer. And also keeping the records for submitted and certified bills separately. 

• Maintaining the Running Account Bill status report and submit to Project manager immediately after every submission and certification of Bill

• Keeping the payment certificate records 

• Preparing the work orders & amendments for sub contract works and taking the approval for the same from PM

• Preparing the subcontractor’s Bill twice in a month. Periodic reconciliation of sub- contractors billing with estimated quantities –fortnightly
• Maintaining the subcontractor’s bill summary. 

• Preparing Weekly construction progress report.

• Keeping the Drawing register in IMS format.

• Maintaining the quality report in IMS format 

• Keeping the level register 

• Note the minutes in the site meeting and submitting to Project Manager

• Updating the Payment Certificate details obtaining from Client. And also submitting the Invoice status to Contract Manager and Project Manager.

• Reporting any deviation of specification and discuss with PM to see the possibility of extra claims.

• Responsible for Control of Documents & Records related to Client & Quality management system.

• Preparing Reconciliation of materials & Rolling Margin

• Attending & Participating Internal Audit programs.

Diploma in civil engineering
