Risk advisory services focusing on risk Financing. Assist organisation with the identification of risks to which it is exposed. The risks could be physical, ecological, structural, technological, repotational, climatic,Legal or economic. These risks are analysed against the organisational risk appetite to determine how they are handled. Some risk are “tolerated”  if they fall within the organizational risk appetite, some are “treated” by way of policies, procedures and processes, some are “terminated” if the fall outside the risk appetite of tbe organisation. Finally some risks will need to be “transferred” to to a professional risk carriers in the form of insurance. Insurance could be internal to the organisation “Self insurance”, in the form of a cell captive insurance or private sector insurance companies. 

Whichever strategy the organisation decides to take (Treat, Tolerate, Terminate or Transfer or a combination of these ) there are costs involved and an organisation needs to proactively decide on how the costs will be financed.
