I am an enthusiastic, adaptive, and fast-learning person with an immense knowledge of customer service and office administrators’ skills, I particularly enjoy collaborating with co-worker to develop new skills and solve new challenges. 

I work as an assistant manager in hospitality. My job roles are 

• Appointing, inducting, and mentoring new staff members.
• Prepare shift schedules, keep detailed records of daily, weekly and monthly costs and revenues
• Resolving customers' questions and grievances in a professional manner.
• Conducting payroll activities in an accurate, timely manner.
• Ensuring that the restaurant adheres to pertinent health and safety regulations.
• Purchasing new ingredients, kitchen utensils, and equipment as stock is damaged or depleted.
• Sourcing better deals on all resources and equipment that warrant replacing or replenishing.
• Recording all income and expenses and ensuring that cash registers are balanced.
 

I have completed MSc in business with financial Management and  BSc honours in Accounting and finance.
