Jonathan Stepien

Previous school teacher turned yoga teacher with over 5 years dedicated daily practice. Relocated recently back to the UK from China where I practiced and studied with experienced masters from various yoga disciplines in Iyengar, Power Yoga, Hot Yoga, Ashtanga and Yin. 

Have worked as a part-time teacher at both Community Yoga Space and Drishti Yoga Shala in Shanghai where I taught private and group classes to students of mixed levels. 

Classes included beginner and intermediate level vinyasa, hatha and rocket. As well as restorative, therapy, Yin and specialized classes which focused on deep stretching, inversions, core or arm balances.
