Experience

Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of serving in diverse and impactful roles. As the founder and leader of Business Performance Optimisation Ltd (BPO) since 2011, I've provided valuable guidance to businesses, focusing on growth, profit enhancement, sector diversification, and strategic restructuring. My collaborative efforts extended to working with government-funded business support initiatives in partnership with organizations like Staffline PLC, People Plus, and local Business Agencies.

Prior to this, my journey led me to Konica Minolta Business Solutions UK Ltd from 2005 to 2011, where I held the position of Director of Sales and Strategic Business Operations. In this role, I oversaw a substantial operation with a £100 million+ revenue, managing a sales force of over 200 professionals and support staff. During my tenure, I successfully launched and managed key divisions, achieved significant market share growth, and introduced innovative product initiatives, elevating the company's position in the UK market.

My commitment to strategic leadership and a relentless drive for success has been a consistent theme throughout my professional journey. Beyond my core roles, I've also taken on non-executive directorships for organizations such as Table Tennis England Ltd, 1610 Ltd, and other charities, contributing to the success of multi-million pound NPOs and initiatives.

Education

My educational journey has been a rich and diverse one, equipping me with a broad range of skills and knowledge. I began my educational path at Wellington School in Somerset, where I laid the foundation for my future pursuits. Beyond traditional schooling, I embarked on an immersive apprenticeship in land and estate management at Castle Estate in Wiveliscombe, gaining practical insights into this specialised field. Additionally, I have honed my expertise through extensive sales, management, and leadership training provided by industry giants such as BP, Xerox, Kodak, and Konica Minolta. To further enhance my qualifications, I've earned certifications in project management with Prince2 and in information technology through CompTIA. This diverse educational background has equipped me with a well-rounded skill set and a deep understanding of various disciplines, enabling me to excel in a dynamic and ever-evolving professional landscape.
