Experience
In 2021, I established an independent sports therapy practice called ‘No Knots Therapy’
I regularly conduct thorough subjective and objective assessments, deliver effective
hands-on treatments, and create personalised rehabilitation plans tailored to each
client’s needs. Alongside my private practice, I also work with elite-level athletes through partnerships
with Red Bull and Team GB, providing specialist treatments as part of their performance
and recovery programs.
