A competent and reliable designer and recent university graduate within product design technology. Able to visualise a project from initial brief through to planning, design, manufacturing, test and commissioning. Effective problem solver and good communicator, employing these strengths to troubleshoot problems wherever they may occur. Keen to learn new skills and flexible to adapt to new situations. Strong team player who can work unaided when required.

Before pursuing my degree, I worked as a sous chef at The Ship Inn Framilode for 4.5+ years, where I honed my culinary, management, and teamwork skills. I was responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes, supervising and training junior staff, and ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards. I also contributed to menu development, inventory control, and customer satisfaction.

As a first class product design technology graduate from the University of the West of England, I am passionate about creating innovative and user-friendly solutions for everyday problems. I have developed skills in 3D computer aided design (3D CAD), Arduino IDE, and 3D printing, which I apply to various projects and assignments. I am also CSWA certified Solidworks mechanical designer and a registered member of the IED.
