I accumulated sales through not only engaging in generic conversations with customers but making sure stock was replenished. I answered customer queries on the phone, operated tills as well as online orders and call ins. Completed night shifts and aided customers with helpful information regarding the takeaways products and services.

Masons Local Convenience Store - Store Assistant:  Birmingham, UK    Dec 2018 - Oct 2020 

During the time working in a convenience store I became extremely efficient and proactive which al-lowed me to be able to maintain a busy store and tend to many different types of people. With a large degree of independence through managing my own time whilst organising meetings with suppliers and maintaining interpersonal relations. Whilst working at this organisation I managed cash flows and overall maintaining customer satisfaction. 

TATA Consultancy Services - Birmingham, UK    June 2019 - July 2019 

My project manager role enabled me to meet people from diverse backgrounds and see different perspectives. Through this experience my organisational skills were put to the test when it came to having to present the team's business idea to a group of venture capitalist; having to organise a group of 8 people and allocate each one's role proved a difficulty I later overcame.
