Experience

Responsible as the main IT point of contact for one or more facilities.

Troubleshoot Windows 10.

Diagnose and Troubleshoot technical Programs & Applications issues.

Remote software installation using Bomgar.

Advanced remote support on individual systems and groups of systems using Bomgar.

Administer Office 0365/Azure and Exchange Admin Centers.

Use of ServiceNow to log, track and close Incidents/Requested Items tickets - ITIL

Manage User accounts and Permissions in Active Directory, Group Policy - Group member

Asset management.

Microsoft Intune Administrator - Project Team work.
