I’m an ecommerce and digital systems professional with hands-on experience in managing online product listings, website content and customer data. I’ve worked across ecommerce operations, web development and system administration, which has given me a strong mix of technical and commercial understanding.

In previous roles, I’ve supported online stores by maintaining product information, improving website performance and assisting with promotional campaigns. I enjoy working with data to spot opportunities for improvement — whether that’s refining product content, improving SEO visibility or helping online platforms run more efficiently.

Alongside my ecommerce experience, I’m also a Salesforce Certified Administrator (2025), which has strengthened my analytical thinking and attention to detail. I’m comfortable working in fast-paced environments and enjoy roles where I can take ownership, solve problems and support business growth.

Currently based in Rochdale, I’m open to opportunities in ecommerce, digital marketing or operational roles where I can continue to learn and contribute to a growing team.

I also completed the Google Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Professional Certificate, where I developed practical knowledge of SEO, online marketing and ecommerce operations. In addition, I am a Salesforce Certified Administrator (2025), which has strengthened my analytical and data management skills.
