Karl Rodrigues is a banking professional who has moved to Europe from Asia and looking for a job. He is able to leverage his experience having spent over 18 years, in roles with Wealth Management in Sales, Presales honed with Global Banks and market leaders across Asia and Europe. He has a Bachelors degree in engineering before he completed his MBA and moved to banking as a career. He is a EU national with a UK presettled status.

• Relationship Manager – Private Bank:
  • Provide full suite of Services and products – ranging from Insurance to Mutual Funds to Exotic Structures to high net worth individual clients 
  • Manage a global client profile with a robust profitability and positive client feedback. Client base including- Individuals, Portfolio Investment Co’s (PICs/Trusts), Insurance wrappers.
  • Partook in the development of the ESG certified offering by the group. Participating in the product approval committee

• Structuring / Product Management Role
  • Responsible/Participated in structuring over $2bln in products traded. Structuring and regulatory filing of cross border access products - Emerging Markets.
  • Liaise with Mutual Funds, Banks, Primary dealers, brokers and Corporations in structuring products/solutions for the bank. 
  • Structuring and Third party pricing of structured products. (Across asset classes).
  • Ensure the product management process - with each product managed from ideation, to implementation right through to the end of its lifecycle.

• Product /Regulatory Documentation:
  • Anchoring the New Product committee – to approve products on the bank’s platform. Mutual Funds, Structured Products, Fixed Income.
  • Review documentation, ensuring that all regulatory requirements are maintained.
  • Liaise with internal and external functions to ensure the production and approval of documentation in line bank’s  standards and approval processes

• Investment Advisory Role:
  • Co-authored the Managed Advisory engagement manual at Societe Generale (Singapore) 
  • Actively engage clients - on a Managed Advisory platform. Aggregating actionable trades and presenting these ideas to clients
  • Manage customized portfolios for clients - meeting end to end needs
