  • Supporting the CPG Gifting Portfolio Delivery Team in the successful delivery of both Christmas and All Year Round gifting programmes for No7 Beauty Company’s CPG brands, with Christmas alone requiring the on-time deliver of ore than 60 million individual components

Portfolio Delivery Manager – Liz Earle, Botanics and Project Sirius, November 2020 – February 2023

  • Leading management and governance of the Liz Earle NPD and EPD portfolio of up to 89 active SKUs at once and along with facilitating conversations around prioritisation of resources, both team members and financial, to allow the successful delivery of products and kits that are innovative yet in keeping with the brand ethos
  • Utilising predominantly agile methodology to ensure complex, multi-component projects track to the required timings whilst using MS Project, Bubble and Sharepoint as key tools
  • Leading governance of 22 SKUs within the development of a new brand to support its launch in August 2023 which was due to be added to the No7BC portfolio of brands and offerings
  • Supporting the Product Delivery Team working on Botanics to ensure the success of a timely brand restage with improved claims and increased sustainability credentials for 23 SKUs
  • Coaching the operational Product Delivery Team to own their functional delivery and risks, whilst being a Change Champion with a particular focus on implementing and promoting project management software

Senior NPD Project Manager – Liz Earle, August 2018 – November 2020

  • Heavily responsible for the timely and on budget delivery of high-profile, new product development projects, including the Christmas gifting range and kits for sale through the QVC television channel, principally using agile project management
  • Day to day management of business-critical projects, such as a new payroll and HR management system, to ensure delivery occurs on time and on budget
  • Managing the NPD budget and providing regular updates to the Executive Management Team
