I am an Agile Delivery Manager/ Scrum Master. I have been successfully supporting and leading the teams in the adoption of agile values and principles in their software development environment. This I do, by influencing without authority, upholding the right behaviour, coaching, mentoring, facilitating and empowering them to be self-managing and cross-functional. I support the teams to continuously deliver value in an iterative and incremental approach which resulted in the increase of value delivered to our customers from 65% to 80% one of the previous organisations I worked with.

In the past, I helped and supported companies like Diageo Plc, Haleon Plc, SBSC, Evesting and Terragon in their software development environment by upholding an agile mindset of being collaborative, committed, focused, and respectful. This increased team motivation, enabled them to solution for themselves and thus led to the delivery of high-quality products to their customers and organisations. 

With Haleon and Evesting, I lead and supported the teams in the end-2-end delivery of their products from product discovery to deployment and helped them to define and establish measurable metrics such as the burndown charts and velocity which increased the performance of teams as well as the value delivered to their customers.

I am looking for another opportunity at to work with teams and help them move the dial in their agile transformation journey of which I have cognate experience. 

Academically, I have an MBA from Warwick Business School and Digital Transformation Strategies Certificate from Cambridge Judge Business School. I am also Certified Scrum Master and a Registered Product Owner.
