Kelly Amies-Mowat

Hi, my name is Kelly , I am 47 years old with a passion for nutrition and the benefits it can bring peoples wellbeing. In addition to being a wife and a mum of 4 children, I have recently qualified as Nutrition And Lifestyle Coach. 
My recent studies involved learning how to work with clients to make healthy eating and lifestyle choices by using a combination of personalised nutrition plans and lifestyle changes. As well as making good use of the science of nutrition it also required strong communication skills.

My aim is to support each individuals needs through: 

The secrets of longevity and how to apply them, including healthy eating and lifestyle.

How to create varied, nutritious and tasty plans suitable to your palate.

Coaching skills to motivate and guide you to your own optimum wellness.

Producing recommendations for clients with varying lifestyles and daily demands.

I would love the opportunity to work alongside you  and by doing so, will enable me to take my personal experience and my naturally empathetic nature and skills to unlock the potential from within and bringing long-lasting change.

My working background started with various positions within the NHS, including a nursing assistant in adult psychiatry, helping to support people with severe depression and mental issues. After I having my first child- I worked as front of house for a hair and life style salon - I particularly enjoyed discussing customers requirements and promoting our organic wellness range to suit their needs. I received an award for achieving the top sales for the South of England.

I then took a break to have three more children. Now that they are settled at school , I have been fortunate to bolster my desire further by studying, as a Nutrition  And Lifestyle Coach.

Access in Social Work
