This role gave me a chance to extend my skills by again communicating with various members of the public. While working here I was given extra responsibilities, which included organising shift patterns and rotas, calculating payroll, working shifts alone, and ordering and maintaining stock. This gave me a chance to work individually as well as a team. By working here it gave me an insight into how businesses are run, and the different aspects which are involved in making them run successfully.
