  • HR Technology & Systems: BOB, Workday, BambooHR, BrightHR, Sage and Oracle.
  • Compliance Guidance
  • Conflict Resolution & Employee Relations: Playing peacekeeper in your team’s disputes. 1-2-1 meetings (enabling managers and staff members to feel comfortable discussing sensitive and confidential issues)
  • Training & Development: Helping your employees level up.
  • Benefits Management: Supporting the creation of irresistible packages to lure in the best talent.
  • HR Policy & Procedure Development.
  • Performance Management: Boosting productivity, no energy drinks required.
  • Absence management
  • Disciplinary and grievance
  • Employee culture process improvement
  • Payroll (Sage, Quickbooks, Xero, BrightPay and Moneysoft)

Excellent interpersonal skills in forming effective working relationships with people at all levels within the Institution.

Approximate rate: £ 20 per hour
